Maple 3rd Grade Flooring

Maple flooring options are some of the most common choices after red and white oak. Light and uniform in appearance, this floor can make any room appear more spacious. Maple is one of the most durable species chosen for long-lasting flooring applications. The look of maple can vary tremendously — from very white and consistent to having wide color variations that dramatically mix chocolates and pinks within the grain. Maple is 12% harder than red oak.

Grade Description
This grade of maple has very dramatic color contrasts from very white to chocolate. Almost black mineral markings and some soft warm pink hues will also be present. This is a perfect rustic floor that is great for cabins or county rustic settings, although it would also nicely complement modern decor. Maple is the best of both worlds – durable, yet cozy and comforting. For more information, please visit http://wdflooring.com/products/classic-unfinished/.
