White Oak #1 Common Grade Flooring

White Oak #1 Common

White oak is one of the most common species for flooring emitting a natural light brown hue. “Northern” white oak is more uniform in color than oak coming from other regions. This floor has a tight close grain pattern which gives it a nice overall appearance. White oak offers up different looks depending on whether the tree was plain sawn, quarter sawn or rift sawn.

Grade Description
This #1 Common Grade contains prominent color variations and striking solid knots with some mineral streaking. This floor remains a popular and common choice for consumers desiring both traditional and contemporary looks.
