Hickory Select
Hickory is known for its wild color variations. Almost “calico” in appearance, the color variations are similar to that of the character grades of maple. The Hickory Select has less of the dramatic color contrasts compared to the common grades giving it more consistency in color. Hickory is a very dense wood and maintains high durability.
Grade Description
This grade of hickory contains some color variation, an occasional “pin” knot and minimal dark streaks. This is an exceptional floor that is both beautiful and durable.
